The Burger Guy is free for your team to use. There are no upfront costs and we do not charge your team transactional fees.

How do I create a fundraiser?

Click on the green Sign Up button above. To register all you will need to provide is your name and email address.

How much profit does my team make per Burger Guy combo sold?

Your team will earn between $15 - $20 depending on combo Supporter purchases.

Am I on the hook for purchasing a certain amount of product?

There is no minimum order.

Do I have to deliver Burger Guy combos to supporters?

Nope! That’s what is so great about The Burger Guy. Supporters from across the country can purchase Burger Guy combos on your team’s fundraising page and we take care of collecting the money and delivering product directly to them.

How long should I run my fundraiser?

We recommend three to four weeks. Two weeks isn’t long enough and anything over four weeks just drags things out.

$50-$80 seems high for a fundraiser. Is anyone really going to want to purchase these products at this price point?

People want to support your team out. Over our 30+ years fundraising experience we’ve learned that if you provide people a quality product they are sure to love, at a fair price, they will be happy to buy from you year-after-year. The Burger Guy combos are priced lower than suggested retail price to ensure your customer’s are delighted with their purchase.

How does my team get the money we raise?

We will cut you a check 3-4 business days after your fundraiser has ended.

Nope. Your Supporters pay for their Burger Guy combo on your fundraising page.

Do I have to deliver the product?

Nope. To ensure freshness, all combos are shipped directly from The Kansas City Steak Company to your Supporter’s door via UPS 2-day delivery.

Yep! The Burger Guy has your fundraising playbook to help you make the most of your online fundraising efforts.

Does this have to be a local community fundraiser only?

No! That is one of the great things about The Burger Guy. Your local community is hit up all the time with traditional fundraisers. This allows for your family and friends across the country to help you raise money for your cause.

Yes! You can track your individual fundraising efforts and your team’s progress on your Team Member Dashboard.


How much of my order goes to support the team?

Depending on The Burger Guy combo purchased, your team will make between $15-$20.

What happens if there is a problem with our order?

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your Burger Guy Combo please contact The Kansas City Steak Company within 30 days of purchase at 1-800-xxxx

Can we order more of the product?

Sure! If your team’s fundraising page is still active go ahead and support them again. Otherwise, go to and order directly from The Kansas City Steak Company.

Do we have to pick up our order somewhere?

Your Burger Guy Combo will be delivered directly to your door via UPS 2-day delivery.

How do I know my financial information is secure?

Your credit card information is handled by highly-secure third party. The Burger Guy does not store your credit card details in its databases nor does anyone at our company have access to your credit card information. For more information check out our Privacy Policy.

How do I know this benefits the team I want to support?

As long as you purchase your Burger Guy combo from your Team Member’s Team Fundraising Page you can be assured that kid will get credit. Unless you choose to support anonymously, the Team Member you support will have record of your purchase.


The best time to post on Facebook is 1–4 p.m. late into the week and on weekends.

Saturday and Sunday at 12–1 p.m.
Thursday and Friday at 1–4 p.m.
Wednesday at 3 p.m.

The optimal times to tweet are 12–3 p.m., with a peak best time at 5 p.m. During the workweek is the best, though some niches might have more active audiences on the weekend.
